NPRM NV buys the ‘Dierenapotheek.nl’ and the German ‘Drpetcare.de – Insurance for Pets

The board of NPRM NV announces that it has reached an agreement with Online Vet Pharmacies BV about the acquisition of the webshop Dierenapotheek.nl and the German drpetcare.nl. This acquisition further fleshes out NPRM NV’s strong buy & build strategy.

With this takeover, the synergy of the various parts within NPRM NV will receive a further boost, among other things through the link with the PetsApp.

The best for your animal starts here! With that promise, Dierenapotheek.nl started an online store a few years ago. An online store with a wide range of veterinary medicines, animal care products, nutritional supplements and diet food for your dog, cat, rodent and bird. Dierenapotheek.nl has now grown into a serious player in the (veterinary) pet market and turnover has continued to grow in recent years. The founder of Dierenapotheek.nl, Mr. Martin Hovius, will remain involved as a veterinarian after the takeover.

In addition to the acquisition of Dierenapotheek.nl, NPRM NV also takes over the German activities of a web shop operating under the name www.drpetcare.de.

The purchase price for this acquisition will be paid in cash.

The board of NPRM NV is in talks with acquisition candidates to further develop the platform within the animal sector in accordance with the company’s strategy.
