Relationships and Sexual Health Education training for the Voluntary Sector

WCVYS have teamed up with the Respect Yourself Campaign to deliver Level 1 and Level 1a ( Let's leave it 'til later) Relationships and Sexual Health Education (RSE) training specifically for those of you working with young people in the voluntary sector. Level 1 will put into context the issue of RSE work with young people and Level 1a will give you practical ideas for working with young people around delaying early sex, including friendships and building up self-esteem.

  • All organisations taking part in the RSE training are requested to sign up to the Relationships, Sexual Health and Supporting Young Parents Policy. To do this, the campaign need evidence that your organisation has adopted the policy; this could include an extract from the minutes of a meeting of the governing body or a signed letter from a senior staff member with delegated powers to adopt policies on behalf of the organisation. For further information contact Helen Smith at WCVYS.
